SWEATY SUNDAY: A Community Event with Sauna & Connection

Our workshops, retreats, and festivals create powerful spaces for growth, healing, and connection.
But we’ve noticed there’s also a need for a space that feels lighter, more playful, and informal ... a place to simply let your soul unwind and get to know each other on a personal level.

SWEATY SUNDAY is exactly that:
A relaxed day to connect with other men – with body, heart, and humor. Enjoy open sauna time, casual massage circles, and a shared meal. Everyone brings something to share: sweet, savory, vegan – everything is welcome.

For newcomers, it’s a perfect chance to get to know our community without diving straight into an intense process. For those who have been with us before, it’s a gentle reunion with familiar faces and rituals.
